Ciao a tutti miei Patreon oggi sono di nuovo a casa a farvi un saluto. purtroppo la tosse non mi ha fatto dormire la notte scorsa e quindi è anche saltata la diretta che avrei voluto fare questa mattina.
Vedete a non ascoltare il medico? ieri mi sentivo già troppo bene ed ho preso tutto troppo di fretta! Comunque vi riassumo qui ciò di cui vi avrei parlato. una novità in arrivo:

nel frattempo mi rimetterò in forma, anche perchè domani si lavora con i gruppi live dallo studio presso "MERULA", e poi alla sera sarò a prsentare una serata di un viaggio in bicicletta.
Domenica ancora in giro per fare da "speaker" ad una gara ciclistica.
Nel frattempo se riesco, vorrei cucinare e proporvi una ricetta fatta con i peperoni.. magari una di quelle proposte da RAFAYL.
