as is the fitness that I found at the "Italiana Hotels" in Rho Milan. The gym is not very big but equipped with the essential, and clean. I started with a bit of walking and running on the TAPIRULAN, then I did 15 minutes on one of the 2 CYCLETES, and finally (although in my own way because not much expert) some exercises for the arms and chest legs on the PANCA.
Attached to the gym there is a sauna and turkish bath, accessible until 10pm, all very clean! If access to the sauna area is closed, simply call in to the direction and open it in a few minutes. Council for those who want to access, is to call in advance to turn on the sauna otherwise it will have to wait about 15/20 minutes for the heat and steam to come to full capacity.

Ciao Raf unfortunatly i didn't had the opportunity for the video in sauna, because the gopro was discharged. The next time we can take the opportunity to make a post about the different type of saunas and how to make it in a right way.
