EXTRAS TIME!
1. David Fakelastname has provided some additional audio entertainment! In his words:
I thought you might like the obscure BBC Radio Show called 'Paperback Hell' - little 15 minute parodies of popular books - albeit from the 90s - Nick Hornby, Zadie Smith, Michael Moore, Bernard 'Sharpe' Cornwell, Helen Fielding and the popular genres of crime lit, self help, historical fiction and erotica ( a young woman as written by a middle-aged man who also writes science fiction. S03e06)
They also did a very good Dan Brown parody - Season 3 Episode 2 'The De Niro Code' which I thought you might appreciate. They seemed to have hit on some of the same points as you, and captured his weird 'weed dad symbology' style.
2. Eric Fakelastname has forwarded a truly excellent chapter title:
ARRRGGG!
He included a picture, for proof, and I for one can't stop giggling at this.
3. Brendan Fakelastname contributed the preposterously excellent book cover that accompanies this very post! How cool is this? Enormously cool, is the correct answer.
4. By request from the I Don't Even Own a Television Fun-Time Party Pit, here is a Dramatic Reading of some of the worst writing anyone has ever seen.
