I think Jimmy really really helps. His style of leadership is much more positive and level-headed compared to other vets like a Dray or CP3. Plus he sees the same things that Jk sees in terms of position. I think it's a combo of Steve, Jimmy, and JK humbling himself and becoming mature.

I think Kerr won the battle of the wills with Kuminga. He is such a gifted athlete and strong willed that without the Kerr style coaching he would just be blowin in the wind for his career. His kind of physical talent/ headstrong mentality needs skilled nurturing and coaching. Just my opinion. I love seeing him thrive!

I think we are finally seeing the benefits of chemistry and continuity from this offense. We all understand how difficult it is for young guys to play well under Kerr's system. It just feels like the offense is flowing no matter which 5 players we put on the floor together.

I'm just a bit worried about the backup big. they need someone to eat some minutes. Kerr clearly does not like what he's seeing out of TJD and Post right now. if they can just get someone to eat 15 minutes at the 5 it would be huge.

This roster isn't perfect by any means but I'd be happy making no trades and standing pat with it. The weaknesses can hopefully be compensated for by chemistry and reps. Kuminga was the last puzzle piece and he's falling into place.
