Purdy being so good is saving us from the Trey Lance and giving away all of the future draft picks disaster. And it's not just how crazy good Brock is, it's that he is so good and not making any money yet, this allows us to sign Bosa, Aiyuk next year, the Grave digger who has been amazing so far, etc. all of this is greatly helped by Brock making nothing so far.
