Really loving the niners content like everyone else. Also, just wanted to throw a content suggestion idea out there. I understand breaking down every single Warriors game in addition to niner games can be pretty taxing. So I wanted to suggest the idea of only covering the 1-2 most intriguing/exciting Warrior games of the week and then maybe doing a Niners breakdown? I personally feel like there's only so much new content to extract out of an 82-game season from this team, especially since a lot of those nights, this older team probably won't even show up to play because they'll want to pace themselves. For example, I personally would rather watch a niner breakdown than see the Warriors play against a rebuilding Jazz team Of course, my opinion may be in the minority. Perhaps put a vote in the Patreon to see what people would prefer? As always, love the content

Looking so good going into a new year. As u stated Jackson and Ferrell are some big pluses for this year. Hargrave may be the best inside D lineman that we've had in a long while. Philly had those 2 young guys that made him expendable to save Cap. Kinlaw has just got to be better, he's huge and motivated this year but is he just a body that doesn't know how to play.? McKivitz looked really bad but hopefully when not facing Watt he will do better, there r a lot of great D ends that he will need to play much better against going forward, he's our achilles heal right now.

Definitely agree with nearly everything you said about Shanahan's ego. During the game, I was absolutely FUMING watching CMC get the ball over and over with a 23 pt lead in the 4th. Kyle is either actually stupid and has ZERO awareness that you need to load manage your stars in games like that (its fucking week 1 for godsakes!!!!!) OR, and more likely than not, he is absolutely aware of it and believes that it doesnt matter. It boils my blood that he's willing to risk losing CMC for the whole season in WEEK ONE just so he can test run some scheme for a future game/scenario. We have Mitchell and Mason. Mitchell was pretty lethargic yesterday and it looked like he couldve used some garbage time runs to catch a rhythm and get up to game speed. And Mason is a bruising running back! I couldnt believe Mason didnt get a single carry. And then obviously, the right side of the O-line. Everyones talking about it and while yes, TJ is probably the best guy McKivitz will face, you also have to worry about Garrett, Parsons, and a few others. Shanahan's complete lack of use of a chip block either by a RB or a TE also makes no sense. Its very annoying to see how such a smart coach constantly makes some of the dumbest decisions or inability to see the simplest solution to something. Purdy is getting pounded on that side of the line, coming off injury due to lack of protection ON THAT SIDE OF THE LINE, and Shanahan's solution is "meh oh well". I apologize to my fellow niner fans for sounding all negative. 100% admitting that this game was near perfect, aside from that 2min drill where we went prevent D. Because everything went so well, I'm focusing on the things that need to be improved to continue doing well. Kyle needs to know when to rest guys and protect them from themselves (as I imagine CMC wanted to keep playing), he needs to employ a chip block or extra protection on all-pro pass rushers when they arent going against Trent, and the penalties across the board need to sured up. We had 85 penalty yards yesterday. In a close game, thats unacceptable and could easily lose you a game. Here it didnt matter thankfully, but not a thing we want to turn into a habit (even though its been a habit ever since Shanny got here). That all said, Purdy looked great. The defense looked greater. Deebo and Kittle both had relatively quiet games so its only a matter of time until they breakout. We hung 30 on them while still having less than 400yds of awesome. This offense might avg 30, the defense might average <16. We could be looking at a #1 O and #1 D for this year. Im pumped.

Yeah Jack makes a good case.. I’d have to think about it more. Maybe some D'Antoni in the sense, the system gets credit for the numbers rather then the players and hasn’t one the big one.

Lets hope we avoid serious injuries. Kyle probably didn't trust Elijah Mitchell to take on a bigger role in this game considering he missed a lot of training camp & preseason with an injury. As a CMC owner in fantasy, I can't be mad at the extra touches.

I feel like there is a lot of similarity in style to Kerr in the way they run their offenses. Unselfishness being a core tenet of both of their systems and when it's working both of their teams look beautiful. Both Kerr and Shanahan can be rigid in their approach to the game as well. Also I see some similarity to D'Antoni as offensive geniuses who never have been able to win it all.
