i am sorry to hear about your health alc. I have been going through something similar, with my stomach and my bowels. I got a colonoscopy at 21 (25 now) it sucks man to live with stomach problems. It sucks to eat, leave and move when you got a fucked stomach. Some things that helped me (don't know anything really about your lifestyle). But for me cutting alcohol like beer and wine helped in combination with no nuts... and more fruit. Enjoy that liquid lemon shit juice the procedure was cake but that crap they give to clean you out is gnarly. GLs on the procedure today and great pod.
