Iron Fortress WIP!

here is the sneak peek of the first wall section of the Iron Fortress! These tiles will be usable as a fortified exterior wall where models can stand and above which you can actually play encounters. They are modular, of course, and come in two fashions: joined to a 4" high wall (plus the OpenLOCK mechanism) and separated for playability. With this second option you'll be able to stack additional modular sections to make the wall 6" high (well: theoretically infinitely high, depending on stability), and that's without counting the playable battlements.
Of course, these models are compatible with previous sets. This render only shows a section of the wall: corners, doors and stairs will be part of the complete set, as well as a less spikey version that will compose the interior of the fortress wall. I went very high detail with the iron parts with they hammered texture look, and the whole structure has a more "industrial" feel that I think works well with the evil fortress concept.
If you don't plan on playing on a fortress walls, you'll be able to use these tiles to build chaos/mordorian looking dungeons and/or use them on a side of the battlefield to stage a fight in front of something like the Black Gate. Just some random ideas! Objects & Props & more is coming too.
I have been super busy with tests and the design for the set, and I am a bit late on this release. It should come out before the 10th of April!

Looking forward to seeing the small stuff. I usually don't print big stuff like this because it take a long time, costs a lot of material and then I don't have places to store it so mostly I love the little things I can print. I am printing one of the ships though. Going to assemble it this weekend.
