Reward requirements
🕑 Added 2017-04-19 00:14:29 +0000 UTC Backers of our work here on Patreon are of course free to end their support at any time, and over time there is a steady stream of people 'coming and going', or changing their reward levels. But some of the rewards we are sending take considerable resources to prepare, so we must ask for a minimum length of participation before receiving them.- Chibi Patron reward: these prints will ship twice a year, and you must have been a patron at this level (or higher) for at least three months prior to each shipping date (once each in summer and winter).
- Nenga Patron reward: this print ships each year in December, and you must have been a patron at this level (or higher) for at least three months prior to the shipping date.
- Share Patron reward: the certificate ships to each patron after 12 months of support at this level. We change the design of the woodblock-printed portion of the certificate every 12 months, so long-term supporters will receive a different one each time.
Thank you for your understanding!

Thank you for your interest in our work. Sorry about the confusion here! The three-month mark comes after 3 payments in this system.
Does the three month level start from the day you become a Patreon or the day you are charged your first subscription fee? Thanks :) I know you have to be a member for three months before receiving your first print so will I make the timer as I subbed today , which is August 10th but don't get charged my first sub fee till Sept. 1st. Kind of confusing to be honest.
Update from Dave: it seems that I haven't described the shipping schedule very clearly. The initial Chibi print will be ready sometime in early August, and will ship to those backers who have been with us for three months. But we're going to keep making them, and will ship to _everybody_ when they hit the three-month level, even to those people who started later ... This is going to be an on-going thing (twice a year). Sorry for any confusion!
