Changes to the Patreon memberships

Previously, we were able to accept archival requests for all channels submitted through Patreon, as we had effectively unlimited storage by making use of Google Workspace. However, due to Google's crackdown on abuse, our storage is now being offered by generous members of the community. As such, we no longer have the luxury of unlimited storage.
In order for our archive to continue sustainably, we had to make the decision to stop unconditionally accepting archival requests. Instead, requested channels will now go through an internal selection process before they are added into the archive.
Existing channels that are in the archive will continue to be archived.
