- I made that smoothie and felt really sick afterwards for a whole weekend. I honestly thought that my banana allergy (which does nothing more than tickle my throat) has strengthened into something debilitating. Turns out I was just using extremely old super-rancid almondmilk, which I discovered last night while enjoying a cookie. Hehe whoops.
- I fully expected that soup to be ~just okay~ the first time I made it, but it's actually QUITE good. The chili oil puts the whole bowl on its back. I would say don't even worry about overcooking the potstickers/wontons. It's way easier to undercook them, and I ate a bowl after leaving it in the fridge overnight and they still held together.
- I think you only need to buy green onions like once per quarter, since they're so easy to regenerate at home from cuttings.
- The stuff I sprinkled on the hummus was za'atar.
- The ending might have gone off the rails too quickly, but I just wanted to balance the "you'll be fine if you lower your bar" message with "I understand that you're here to improve". I've seen so many so-called lazy-day meal videos that are still spectacular, and I bet it can be depressing to see that and think "I actually meant to watch something much much easier than this but okay..."

Do you just let it go in a cup of water? If so, try putting it into a small pot of soil after it throws out roots. Green onions have a surprising capacity to grow entirely on its own, but it really prefers having nutrients available as soon as possible
