Testing Map v1.8 Update

New Area:
- Added Michael Angelo's Workshop
- Removed The Tops Casino
Battery Power:
- Added several batteries/battery carts to power vending machines
(This needs lots of testing to insure they cant be bugged out when picking up/dropping)
Vending Machines:
- Added several weapon/chem vending machines (placeholder items and prices)
Lootable Safe:
- Added a lootable safe example that can be opened with a key found in the workshop (placeholder rewards)
AAT's
- Added the Mysterious Stranger AAT
- Added the Money Maker AAT
(Only for most weapons with a current PAP version)
Weapons:
- Adjusted animations for various weapons
- Added PAP camo for Various weapons
- Modified several muzzle FX
Known Issues:
- Dropping battery will sometimes cause the player to switch to second weapon instead of last current
- Chem functionality disabled due to conflicting issues and will be fixed for next update
- Zombies pathing issue underneath the elevator shaft
- Broken spawn/traversal anims (All traversals right now are temporarily set-up)
- Rendering issue when blood splatters on the Tesla Cannon
