Ouch! Also, I love how by coincidence another anthropomorphic animal in another story lost most of the same ear as well. Unfortunately Patreon has no spoiler tags and saying the name would say what I'm talking about. Kharma's injury came first by months (or more, time flies) I believe, but it's still a funny coincidence to me. The other character's injury was for a much stupider reason though.

p much. Also Jax knows first aid, aided by a little basic healing magic, but he's no medic, no true Healer and no surgeon. They did the best they could with what they had.

As evidenced by his shoddy attempt to heal his own arm, Kharma's no healer. Proper healing magic requires anatomical and medical study that Kharma's never put much thought to. So he'd just as likely regrow a rather unsightly lump in the vague shape of an ear if he tried.

I mean, probably would work. I kinda thought that Kharma had more ear when we saw it injured. But perhaps some flesh had to be cut away due to infection (I mean, I'm not saying Theran's unsanitary, but, you know, been out in the field for weeks already).

Hmm it seems bigger than the other ear by a fair margin. Plus he could always cover it with his fur or move the wound so the ear is a lil more complete.
