Perfectionism ruined what I thought was fun about art, I still doodle a lot (I didn't realize actually until I noticed I went to doodle the other day and I didn't have a free page in my book :V Then I flipped a new page and rapid fired all my thoughts at once. What to draw? No idea Bea! Ok one bea What else? Loona.. one .. very.. poorly drawn loony One more, just give me something... Yep ok I'm closing the book now.

I'm learning what works for me, I'm more hands on and I can get stuck in perfectionism when sketching, ESPECIALLY when I try and do line art (has to be perfectly aligned like vector art for some reason). I might have to try doing traditional art with painting perhaps with hands only or a impresise tool to paint. The only time I've felt happy painting my stuff is in highschool and I flicked paint from the paint brush with my fingers to pull the bristles back and release to make a abstract overlay on a canvas of a really bad self portrait XD

To be fair, it is mostly magic. Some artists have their process down to a science. Whereas I just screw around with the rendering until it starts looking right :p
