Commission tier?

It would of course have limited slots each month and I would need to start with digital commissions first before I could figure out how to deal with croatia's postal system.

As others pointed out, the issue with commissions is customer's satisfaction. Should anyone feels unsatisfied with the result, I doubt that some wouldn't stoop as low as starting to gripe (to be euphemistic) online. No doubt you already thought about this. If you want to start doing it, my advice would be to be fair about what to expect both in terms of quality (the many tiers idea posted below is a good one) and delay per tier.
