A laid-back weekend trip

One note: because of the new tariffs introduced under Trump (which have made it far more expensive to ship goods into the US), I’ll likely have to refrain from offering US shipping this time around.

Hello friends,
I hope this doesn’t feel like spam, but I have a lot to share right now, and I’m excited to do so! If you remember my last behind-the-scenes post, I wrote about visiting Bielefeld to see my friends. Well, I did it again! My friend Luisa Preissler’s place has started to feel like a second home, and we even joke about me retreating to “my room” whenever I’m there.
This time, the lovely Wictoria Nordgård joined us all the way from Norway, and we spent a wonderfully relaxed weekend together at Luisa’s—pardon me, my place. We painted a little, went for walks, watched a movie, and indulged in plenty of delicious food. But more than anything, we talked. For hours. It’s such a gift to share stories with people who are just as passionate about art and creativity. Wictoria has traveled all over the world and has the most fascinating stories to tell, so catching up with her is always a joy.
If you haven’t already, I highly recommend checking out both Wictoria’s and Luisa’s beautiful artwork.

I grew up near Bielefeld, it's a nice area with a lot of nature 😊

The composition of the second photo looks like one of your paintings 😄
