I don't know if this is really it, but from what I've gathered about Kei's character while watching its probably the following: Kei wants to involve herself in, or at the very least know about what's going on in Miyuki life, but she is too proud and stubborn to just ask, so whenever she is curious about what he's up to she just starts stretching in the vicinity to have an excuse to stay, listen and/or observe.
Next episode is arguably the best episode of Kaguya. I can't wait.
