Early Access - Home Regions Expanded Features

This version of "Keep Sims in Home Regions" contains all the new features laid out in the recent blog post, but in case you missed it or need a summary here is a short list of everything it should do now:
- Assign Townies to Worlds
Make your own townies and tell them where to show up, even if they don't live in one of the game's residential lots. - Regional Filters
Open up the gates and allow Sims from selected worlds to visit another of your choosing. Let all the Sims in desert worlds see each other, or make a hub world that everyone can visit. It's up to you. - Soft Filters
Change how the filters work on a per world basis. Soft filters use all your local Sims first, and then start using other existing Sims without spawning new ones. Useful for keeping Sim counts down, or making a metropolitan area.
Installation for the mod is the same as always, put the package and script together in your Mods folder, or preferably in one subfolder there.
Please try out all the features, and let me know if all the menus make sense and if everything is working as expected. This has been a monumental change to the mod's script. Thanks once more to LeRoi for all the work and dark magic he put into this.

By default, San Myshuno has a soft filter since it's supposed to be a cosmopolitan sort of city. That may be bringing in Sims from other worlds if your San Myshuno is not very populated yet. You can try turning that off in the settings. As for restaurants, they are coded very strangely compared to the rest of the game, and it's difficult to restrict the Sims who spawn there without breaking the entire thing. To avoid errors, I apply a soft filter to them across the board to at least try to get locals, but often times it will go behind my back in order to work so I just let it go.

That is working as intended. The beta version available in this post allows you to open up Copperdale to other worlds if you so choose.

Question, would it be possible to add an option to select the limit for sims? Like how in MCCC you can choose how many sims show up in a district? I'm not a fan of MCCC and there are absolutely no decent mods that have this function and this is probably the best mod to have this!

Hello, I am currently using the free version of this mod, but it is only allowing teens from the town of copperdale to attend the school, will this version allow me to let ALL teens from every world attend the school and auditorium?
