Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection—VR gameplay on Eurogamer

In the video Ian is only playing the second title in the collection (Uncharted: The Lost Legacy). However the mod, which you can find here, also supports Uncharted 4: A Thief's End, which is a somewhat lighter game in terms of performance and CPU/GPU requirements.
If you have the same kind of issue as Ian does in the video with shooting, please remember that in all my mods it's always best to disable any form of aim assist provided by the game. Aim assist is meant for console players, because aiming with the right thumbstick is so difficult and awkward. My mods replace that with gaze-based aiming, which most players find quite intuitive and accurate, so aim assist is not needed and will in fact interfere with what you're trying to do.

I tried using Luke Ross's VR but it will not work on uncharted what am I doing wrong I keep asking this question all the other games work except for except for uncharter it keeps saying won't work on the application

Yeah, there is some issue with crashing at that part due to something with the ocean (can't remember what exactly). Just change dxgi.dll to dxgi_bak.dll and play through that section flat then you should be good in VR again.

when I am in chapter 12 it would crash before jumping into the water in the island cave. I have used the force 2D in the pause screen but the camera angle doesn't allow me to see behind the character. How do I return to the original 2D version of the game because eliminating the 4 files for VR doesn't same to make the game star again.

This is one of the best experiences I had in VR. Thank you for your great mod. Also I haven't experienced a single crash and everything is sharp and beautiful. Running 7900xtx

Are you using DLSS? If so, try turning it off to see if that helps. Does it happen if you use a low resolution? Could try verifying files (or reinstall) if you are on Steam as well as running the config file again just to see if anything got corrupted. You could also try running the .exe as Admin just for the heck of it. Have had a few people with game crashes when they die but nobody with this particular issue yet. You are the lucky first :)
Strange issue on this one... Everytime I press continue game it crashes,,, If I start a new game its fine! any thoughts?

You are looking at the game much closer than intended to you will need a higher resolution to make things look better up close. It is possible that you have motion blur or depth of field on which will make things blurry but what resolution are you playing at and what game? Also depends on the game and its textures. HD or higher res textures always help as well. Then there is the games antialiasing like TAA which uses blur to get rid of aliasing. If it is Uncharted, you can switch out DLSS versions, I haven't tried 3.5 on it yet.

you can play in 3D reshade. As good as it gets. no one will make VR mod for this old camel. nice game though although slow and partly boring.

Pls try to fix the hud! So grenades, ammo etc is visible! That would make a great experience in VR perfect
