When Hashirama Senju revealed the “Muzi” appearance he created based on the model of a fourteen-year-old from Jerusalem in the 3D district, even Uzumaki Mito’s eyes lit up with surprise, a trace of amazement flashing across her face.
Because—it was indeed beautiful, and incredibly delicate, surpassing any woman Uzumaki Mito had ever seen.
After all, even just the fourteen-year-old version of someone from Jerusalem in the 3D district was beyond the reach of an ordinary woman’s beauty.
Especially now, with “Muzi” wearing such a timid, weak expression, her entire “art style” felt cuter, evoking an irresistible urge to tease her.
Hmm… it feels like I suddenly awakened a dangerous new preference. Is this Hashirama’s charm as a girl? Truly terrifying.
Though she thought this inwardly, Uzumaki Mito outwardly remained calm, her eyes sweeping up and down over “Muzi.” The longer she looked, the more uncomfortable “Muzi” became, the pressure mounting.
After a while, “Muzi” could no longer endure Uzumaki Mito’s unrestrained, predatory gaze and timidly asked,
“Um, Mito… why… why are you staring at me like that? Is there something wrong with how I look now?”
Uzumaki Mito: “…”
Something wrong? Everything about you is wrong!
If she didn’t know Hashirama Senju’s personality, Uzumaki Mito might have thought “Muzi” was mocking her.
Then, right in front of “Muzi,” Uzumaki Mito also transformed into her disguise form.
Immediately, “Muzi” widened her eyes in shock.
“What’s going on? Mito, y-you, why did you turn into a man?!”
After another moment of silence, Uzumaki Mito replied flatly,
“Since you can turn into a girl, why can’t I turn into a man?”
“Muzi” suddenly wore a silly look of realization.
“Oh, right! So that’s it—you also had Kei-kun make you your own disguise form. Ahaha~ I totally forgot about that.”
As she spoke, she scratched her head sheepishly.
Then “Muzi” noticed that the slightly taller male version of Uzumaki Mito before her now had an even more aggressive look in his eyes.
While “Muzi” was growing increasingly uneasy, Uzumaki Mito spoke:
“Hashirama, my name now is Uzumaki Kenshin, and my identity is that of a hidden Uzumaki orphan living in the Hidden Leaf Village.”
“Muzi” nodded dazedly, murmuring an “oh, oh” in understanding.
Then Uzumaki Mito glanced at “Muzi.”
“I already know about you and Uchiha Madara—including how you’ve been hiding your identity to play genjutsu games every day with that old man who’s nearly a hundred years old but pretends to be young.”
Cold sweat poured down “Muzi’s” back. She froze, forcing an awkward yet polite smile.
“Uh, s-so Mito, you knew about that… ahaha… ha… uh…”
While forcing the laugh, she suddenly froze—because “Uzumaki Kenshin” lifted his right index finger and tilted her chin upward from below.
The sudden gesture made “Muzi” go rigid. She instinctively tried to pull her head back, but “Uzumaki Kenshin’s” finger remained under her chin, forcing her to stay put.
Then “Uzumaki Kenshin” said,
“From now on, call me ‘Kenshin’—and get used to it. Otherwise, in front of Uchiha Madara, you might slip up.”
“Muzi”: “Uh-uh, o-okay… Mi—no, Kenshin-kun… wait, slip up in front of Madara? Uh, Mito—you’re going to see Madara too?”
“Kenshin” gave her a meaningful look.
“You said it wrong again. I told you—call me Kenshin from now on.”
“Muzi” scratched her head.
“Uh… Kenshin-kun, you’re going to see Madara too?”
“Kenshin” nodded.
“After all, I’ve heard from Kei-kun about the Eye of the Moon Plan. That guy Uchiha Madara has really been deceived badly. In that case, letting him know the truth is necessary. And although you’ve been working on it, months have passed with barely any progress.”
“So, helping you with this is exactly what a wife should do for her husband, isn’t it?”
Hearing that, “Muzi” scratched her head again.
“W-well, I guess that’s true… so, you’re not mad at me for playing genjutsu games with Radama?”
“Kenshin” smiled faintly.
“After all, you’re using ‘Muzi’s’ identity to do serious work.”
Hearing that, “Muzi” beamed with relief, relaxing entirely and flashing a goofy grin while praising Kenshin.
“Kenshin” kept smiling—but if Tobirama or anyone else had been there, they’d have gotten chills. Because while “Kenshin’s” words sounded understanding, she had never said she wasn’t angry, and her tone clearly implied, “Understanding doesn’t mean I’m not mad.”
Poor “Muzi” was now completely at “Kenshin’s” mercy.
Later, “Muzi” eagerly asked how “Kenshin” planned to help her. “Kenshin” explained her plan—to appear in the game as “Muzi’s” fiancé, then join “Muzi” and “Radama” as the third member of their team, giving them far more flexibility.
“Muzi” thought it was reasonable but asked why it had to be a fiancé. “Kenshin” replied that being a fiancé would make joining them more natural, and since they were already husband and wife, pretending to be engaged was perfectly fine—just with their genders swapped.
Though “Muzi” felt something was slightly off, she couldn’t figure it out, so she simply accepted the new setup.
And so, the plan to deceive Uchiha Madara was set.
“Kenshin” and “Muzi” both smiled—but their smiles gave completely different feelings.
Afterward, Uchiha Kei secretly reviewed the recorded footage, marveling at how women are natural-born actors—even as men.
Just look at the great First Hokage, now toyed with entirely by his wife and utterly under her control—truly pitiful.
Uchiha Kei couldn’t wait for the next day. When “Uzumaki Kenshin” appeared before “Radama” as “Muzi’s” fiancé, Radama’s reaction would be priceless.
The thought alone was enough to make him want to use King Crimson to erase the waiting time and jump straight to the “performance moment.”
Meanwhile, in the ruins of Roran in the Second Ninja World, what was once rubble had been transformed by Orochimaru’s group into a massive underground research facility—showcasing the immense productivity of top-tier ninja when applying their abilities to creation.
At the moment, Orochimaru, Sasori, and a white-haired-girl-form Tobirama Senju were together, facing the awakened but puppet-bound Orochimaru from the Second World.
Feeling his soul locked in place, the Second World Orochimaru knew he’d been caught. But rather than panic, he grinned darkly.
“How fascinating—parallel worlds, genjutsu games, genjutsu worlds, and these wondrous creations… truly subarashii~”
As he spoke, he flicked his long tongue to lick his face.
Seeing this, the main world trio fell silent. Tobirama and Sasori exchanged odd looks at their own scientist Orochimaru.
Scientist Orochimaru shrugged.
“You know—without proper training and education, without exposure to real researchers, relying solely on my own tinkering, it’s easy to go astray.”
“So, another me is another me—and I am me. We’re not the same.”
This was the learned scientist’s specialty—cleanly cutting ties.
Hearing that, the Second World Orochimaru stiffened. Being looked down upon by himself stung, making him narrow his eyes at his counterpart.
“Heh~ So because of that Uchiha Kei’s existence, our experiences have completely diverged.”
The main world trio exchanged glances and nodded.
Tobirama crossed his arms.
“As Kei-kun said, an Orochimaru who leaves soul fragments in others can see through the host’s eyes. So whatever Sasuke saw, he saw as well.”
Sasori nodded.
“Indeed. That’s a promising research direction. If used well, it could be invaluable for puppet clones.”
Scientist Orochimaru nodded.
“Then we’ll record it as one of our next research priorities.”
The Second World Orochimaru didn’t mind their casual conversation. His gaze swept between Sasori and Scientist Orochimaru with a tone of surprise.
“Remarkable… that ‘I’ would get along with Sasori-kun so well. That’s nothing like my own experience.”
Scientist Orochimaru looked at him.
“You’ve worked with Sasori-kun too?”
The other grinned darkly.
“Heh~ I joined the Akatsuki for a time. You know them, of course. My partner was Sasori. But our ideals clashed completely, so we didn’t get along.”
The main world trio recalled the Second World Sasori’s records—a tragic, lonely artist in pursuit of eternal art.
This made the main world Sasori reflect.
“The ‘me’ in the Second World never met Lord Kei. Without him, I would have spent my life chasing an illusion, calling it art without knowing true art—ending everything after one fleeting bloom.”
He shook his head with deep emotion, grateful once again to Uchiha Kei.
Without that meeting, he too would have remained shallow and ignorant, racing toward destruction and losing everything.
Afterward, the trio took the Second World Orochimaru for research. He cooperated fully, without any thought of resistance.
With his soul trapped in a puppet, he knew he had no choice. And in truth, he had no desire to escape—because he knew they kept him for more than just experiments.
He was eagerly awaiting recruitment.
Just seeing the advanced equipment filled him with awe. The knowledge the trio displayed humbled him—his once-proud learning now felt shallow and worthless.
For someone like Orochimaru, realizing one’s inadequacy stung—but also excited him with curiosity for the unknown.
No matter the world, Orochimaru was the same in that regard.
So he stayed obedient, helping with research until they returned him to his cell.
He didn’t mind—he was certain the opportunity would come.
But he had underestimated the main world’s decisiveness. Shortly after his return, Scientist Orochimaru came to see him.
Facing his shocked counterpart, he said,
“Another me—since we’re both Orochimaru, there’s no need to hide your true nature. I know exactly what you are.”
“So I’ll be blunt. Because of your past misdeeds, your freedom will be restricted. But—we sincerely invite you to join our team as one of us.”
“We’ll give you the chance to learn advanced knowledge and become a professional researcher—instead of a self-taught amateur.”
The Second World Orochimaru raised an eyebrow, then smiled.
“Amateur? Interesting term. So that’s what you call those without formal training? A professional researcher… heh, that’s an enticing title.”
Scientist Orochimaru: “So—what’s your answer?”
The other grinned darkly, licking his lips.
“Is that even a choice? I’d never refuse the pursuit of endless knowledge and true immortality.”
Scientist Orochimaru nodded, unsurprised.
“Good. Then it’s settled. Also, work on your expressions. Honestly, when you stick your tongue out like that, I want to punch you.”
The Second World Orochimaru froze, tongue still on his face.
After a moment, he retracted it, trying to look less like a villain.
“If it’s your request, I’ll try to change.”
Satisfied with the willingness to adapt, Scientist Orochimaru chatted with him further.
Near the end, the Second World Orochimaru asked,
“By the way, who’s that girl with you? I’ve never heard of her in my world. Is she like that Uchiha Kei—someone who doesn’t exist in our world?”
Scientist Orochimaru’s expression turned subtle.
“No—in your world, she exists, and is quite famous.”
“Oh? Then who is she?”
Scientist Orochimaru said slowly,
“The second face on the Hokage Rock—that’s her.”
Second World Orochimaru: “…?”
