[NTT Release] Chance De La Soul - Power to the People / Update

Hope you're all doing all right! I'll split this post into two parts as I've been doing recently... I just have so much to say!
Update:
I've been staying busy with a few surprising projects, including collabs which I'm not yet allowed to share, unfortunately! Believe me when I say I feel very lucky to have been working with some of my dream producers recently... I'm sure my success at the moment is mostly due to being placed in the Future Funk playlist in December, I'm really lucky to still be on there!
New Track:
What you're hearing is Notilde Tape's first single, Power to the People! This is a track off of Chance's upcoming self-titled album, and one of two singles we plan to release. Typically when I think of Chance De La Soul's music, I think of pure plunderphonics goodness, with twenty samples going on at the same time in harmony, a la Avalanches. While that is still a large part of this album, (believe me, I've looked through his project files for remixing purposes and there's an impressive amount of sample mastery going on!) Chance is also aiming to include the other side of his musical endeavors: chiptune! While the album is still mostly a sample-based affair, there will also be plenty of synth lines and 8bits going on, which this track should be a good indication of!
The official release date for this track is January 30th!
I'm excited to show the rest of what we have cooking together! And I have a lot to share with you guys in general, including a live set which I still want to get ready for you guys soon.
