Well, you could have had them not make up yet, only to do so later. You can do something like that if you wanted to make drama, but we've already seen that Poppy isn't retarded enough to make decisions that would lead to such things for any extended period of time.

In panel 5, that 'moon' above the romantic magic sparkles in the 'sky'... eclipsed by Poppy's ear... is probably the room's magic lighting fixture. Which I think has been hinted to be how Chicadino's gang listens-in to what's happening in the Palace. So are Poppy & Kit both acting for the listeners? Or are they sincere? Or both?
