Hm. Actually my theory blows up if a Flora species (like a cat) is able to use magic in the Veil.

I guess Lila likes to doodle while making calls the way I do. I rarely draw weird conscious talking eyeball hands but to each their own.

Pretty sure that Opossum is outside of Didelphi's pouch so she can get magic no problem. This means the Veil is outside Didelphi's pouch too. Pretty interesting since isn't there a bunch of free will stealing gods outside? The Veil might be kept a secret to protect them from the rest of the gods.
