Dude... that's the whole point of D&D. And if you can't understand it, you shouldn't bother listening/watching this podcast at all. It's a world you explore, the DM simply controls aspects that require it, and the boys are playing fast (well, maybe not fast) and loose, which makes it entertaining. For example, during any campaign, a DM could simply decide, "Oh, you walked over a tile that activated a trap that forced your entire party into a different reality." It's all up to imagination.
