Hmm, is reflux esophagitis a disease that doesn't usually get better? I've had symptoms since late November, and even though I'm taking medication, they don't seem to be improving... Since it overlaps with my chronic rhinitis, I feel like something's constantly flowing in my throat all time = v=....

Hmm... I did a quick search and it might be because you also have chronic rhinits that you're reflux esophagitis is not improving. I also found out chronic rhinits can be triggered in non-allergic ways, like weather changes. Maybe your body just struggles to adapt to cold temparutes. Whatever it may be, I hope this isn't anything too serious.
