Upcoming Changes to My Patreon
🕑 Added 2018-08-01 04:51:39 +0000 UTC Hey guys! It's been a while since I've done an update, but I figured it was necessary because a lot of things have been going on in my life as of recently. So let's not waste time and get the ball rolling.Yes, I will be giving my Patreon some changes- a lot of changes- since I've been pretty quiet for a while. One of the biggest changes I will do- and I will need some feedback on this- will be to change the charges from "month to month" to "per post". I'm sure you can all tell what this will mean, but I don't think it will be that bad of a change for two reasons:
1. My prices will not change.
2. I do not post very often as it is. Also, do not worry, I will not do any more "alternate versions" posts. In fact, the way I will do posting will be considerably different from before, and there's a big reason for that, which I will explain right below.
So, I was made aware of the existence of a certain website that... makes Patreon posts available to the public. That is, of course, something I take issue with. So, what will happen is that I will share previews here, but all pics- alternate versions, AND updates will be on my private Discord server.
So, once it's updated, I will share the link to the server over private messages to each of my Patreons so you can all be part of it.
That is the first major change. The next bit of news is that I'll be doing some visual changes to my Patreon- like updating the banner and such.
Finally- though this won't happen right now- I will add a NEW tier for my Patreon. Again, this won't be until the near future when I get my commissions done and over with.
That's it for my announcements. So please, I would like to hear your feedback on these changes for the future of my Patron page.
Thank you guys, and I'll talk to you later!
