He posted on Reddit that he was away on a business trip and then busy with that Kickstarter. I have absolutely no problem waiting for chapters but it would be nice if patreon chapter release updates were posted here rather than having to hunt through Reddit replies xx

Yeah has to be something personal… But if the decision not to post anything on Patreon is on the table then I feel the struggle with that kind of decision. But if that is the case I think he should involve us… well we will see… but if we don’t get an update within the next 3 weeks, I don’t think I will stay.

I was wondering the same thing. I thought we were getting a new chapter last week and instead we got this notification. Maybe something came up in Bryce's personal life? I can't imagine he would ban the reddit posters and then punish the whole Patreon group.

Im the same, my friend got me into this series and Ive been so addicted ever since! Only one I share things with is how when they drop and we can talk about it lol Besides Im paying to see these early releases, why would I give them away? Id tell people go support the author if you want to know, like we all do!!

So I am quite irritated and confused about this whole situation. Of course you have to do what you have to do. Spoilers on Reddit or anywhere else outside this space is just an absolute no go, but the silence is just strange! Now all get punished for the actions of a minority without any sort of communication. I understand that you are in an unfortunate situation but please share your thoughts.

Also, it’s messed up to the author to spoil the content because isn’t this content behind a subscription? If so, it’s more than deserved reward for the author and if these exclusive chapters are being shared freely, that’s stealing hard earned money from the author. We don’t want him living on the streets, how will he write book 4 through 6 if he can’t live in a nice warm giant house? Support the author!!!

I can't imagine wanting to ruin someone's surprise. A lot of people ENJOY the wait without wanting hints or leaked chapters. That's how I was with Book 2. Until the wait nearly killed (not literally) me and I ended up reading through Book 2 in a single 24 hours because I couldnt put it down 😂. Let people enjoy their wait of anticipation!
