I have good news!
🕑 Added 2022-01-24 21:41:28 +0000 UTCAre they not the cutest little buttons? Now, go and help them find mommy.
I was going to say that I plan to keep this short and sweet, but that is not happening.
I am now certain that February is the month of FOM CH1. Currently at 800 renders and counting. I'm going to try and wrap it up asap. No exact date at the moment.
As a creator, I don't think I will ever be satisfied with my own work, but I have always, done the best I could with what tools I have had at my disposal.
In English, a lack of assets and even funds to acquire some of the more expensive ones made it a lesser experience for me as a creator.
However, I can't deny enjoying this new experience. (I have created 90% of the scenes, myself. Entirely, from scratch with bought assets and or a mix of presets. (Meaning, villages, towns, camps, forests, etc, etc.) And I will continue to do so for the entire game. Only better, as I continue to gain access to more funds and assets in the near future. As well as get better at this.
But, I don't think it will ever be perfect... I do, however, know that I have done everything I can to make it as enjoyable as possible.
It's been a while since I've felt nervous about my work, and I'm rambling... But I suppose that's normal with a project of this size, isn't it?
Well, I'll get it done, deliver it, and whatever is meant to happen, will happen.
I have decided to "showcase" almost everything you should expect from FOM during the demo trial. To clarify. A lot, of it, will be coming on other chapters, since most things are locked to story progression in order to be unlocked, and many other things will rely on you making the right or wrong choices throughout your adventure.
The demo will become available sometime next month for everyone.
And of course, for paying customers such as your fine selves (love you guys) the whole game will become available, right after.
Talk soon. A lot left to do.
