Production Update 12/21/24
🕑 Added 2024-12-21 20:24:47 +0000 UTCHey y'all! Got a bit of a shorter update for ya, been a bit of a quiet month here, winter and all, but I still have some stuff to share with you so I hope you enjoy it!
Writing Update:
Writing has been going good! I'd say I'm at about 43k words and more than halfway through Rhoun's route. All that's left is Marrow and a short closing day for the update. I think there's a ton of cute scenes in this update and some great character moments, but I want to make sure I give them the time the deserve, which is why its taking a bit longer. I've already had to cut and restructure Rhoun's day a bit.
Art Update:
Backgrounds! My (least) favorite part! So, this update is probably going to have WIP bgs/cgs just so i can try and get it out asap. Considering I still have some 5 pieces left, it might have to be a Feb update, but these two were some of the harder ones, so it should be a bit faster now! I decided to show my WIP 3D art as well, for anyone interested in how I usually go about doing my bgs. I recently lost access to the program I was using, so I'm using blender now and that's also slowing the process down a bit (all of these were done in blender though so im getting there). I've never been super proud of my bg's, so im trying to add more detail into these, but I still feel like I have a long way to go in terms of density and composition.
Life Update:
I'm going to going to see family until around the new year so I'm going to be a bit slow at getting some things done. I'll hopefully have time to write and catch up there, but I won't have my cintiq so I'll have to get right back on that in the new year! I really hope you stick around, as I need all the help and support I can, and I'll be sure to have some more stuff ready to show off next month! So, stay with me, I'm working as fast as I can.
