Eh, every military has ‘dress’ and ‘working’ uniforms which are designed for different things. On deployment I’m sure they don’t wear the professional uniforms, they would probably wear a combat uniform

Cool uniform! It does remind me of questions I’ve had about the uniforms… The CADs have been around for a while, so why aren’t users’ daily uniforms designed to work with the CAD? It seems inefficient for soldiers to have to strip off boots and other parts of their uniform if they need to call in an emergency.

it's done deliberately that way, as a sort of reclimation. You have to remember that in the book these will be all grey, blue, green, and white

I like the look...but am confused by her shoes... In one they look like platform-high-heels... (not practical footware), and in the other they look like solid boots! (with no extra heel).
