EARLY ACCESS: STORMWEAVER 2 - Chapter 31 [ROUGH] - Take 2

Only after I reread did I feel like this chapter ended flat-footed, so while I know I said I would take a break next week, I will probably at least "finish" this chapter at some point after another 1000 words or so, so maybe look forward to that next week if I can find the time!
