Orrig sitting backwards on a chair, arms braces on the back, with his head resting on his forearms. Thistle scratching tentatively, trying not to hurt, as he keeps telling her, “Harder, harder, harder, yesssss. That’s perfect.” Now she is really scratching. Orrig sighs in happiness, saying, “Ahhh! Dis is vondeful!” Brent looks on for a moment and his back starts twitching until he asks, “Is it my turn yet?” Orrig rumbles, “Nyet. A couple more minutes, please.”

Literally tho finding a good backscratcher even with normal fragile human skin is SUCH A PAIN. it's like trying to find the holy grail of appropriate control and pressure and sharpness!!!! To hell with finding out what thistle is, if brent and orrig have even more problems finding a good backscratching option, thistle is worth her entire weight in gold :'l
And that's the day Thistle realized she chose the right team.
