Let me just say, thank you Jack. I also went to school for Software Engineering and, even though I've only just graduated 2 years ago, I feel so so so so so so so far behind on my peers. I'm extremely blessed to have found relevant work, but for some reason I can't shake the feeling that.. I don't really belong here and need a lot more time. Anyways, I respect you a ton and it's nice to know you also didn't just blast through college and straight into a kick ass career like some superhuman. Thanks, Jack :)

John sealock, I can relate. Everytime I go home to visit, it's never complete without my giving a multi hour tutorial to my mom on how to transfer photos from her camera to her computer. Every single time. Then she's upset that I'm upset that she's a little bit slow to learn, etc, and it devolves from there. Somehow she manages just fine all year when I'm not around, though! Funny, that! Haha

Loved hearing about and from your Dad. Like you Dad, my Mom has used a desktop computer for 25 years with no progress what so ever. I would get very frustrated with her. I finally decided that I have to treat her like every day is day 1. She laughed when I took her that along with "you're doing GREAT for your 1st day!"
