This is great advice, I would just mention one more thing in regards to it. Be aware that consuming large doses of either Guaifenesin or Ephedrine can lead to an increased risk of kidney stone formation.

FEEL BETTER MISCHA!!! I’ve mentioned this name before but I haven’t seen anyone cover it. The Tommy Ziegler. He’s on Florida’s death row for about 50 years now. He’s always declared himself not guilty - and when progress with DNA came up hired a lawyer to get DNA results from the case files and tested to prove his innocence. The presiding judge wouldn’t even HEAR the request.
