I believe the authorities had a bad case of tunnel vision. The 'it's always the partner' stuff is shite. Expand the search, y'all... 🙄 Poor Brianna lost both her parents and STILL has no mental stability and can't relax...super heartbreaking.

Don't know if she's innocent or guilty, so if I was on the jury, I'd have to vote Not Guilty. They have to prove her guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Maybe old Mark wasn't too happy about her running up all that money on a credit card, maybe she refused to pay it back and his wife was getting on him. Changing stories are always difficult. What's most suspicious to me about her, is all the unnecessary calling, which gives the appearance of you trying to set a time line.

I think she's guilty. However, I think she should be acquitted of all charges. I think people forget that it isn't the job of the jury to determine guilt or innocence. The State brings a case of guilt before the court and the jury's job is to determine whether they have proved that case beyond a reasonable doubt. I think that there was significant/credible reasonable doubt raised by the defense. So, while I truly do believe she did it, I would have voted to acquit. But that's just me :)

I think that, as we've often seen, the police didn't do their job properly. They should have investigate more deeply Anne's friend, Mark. All his changing stories seem very suspicious, and the cat litter thing also - who knows, in the end, it could have been a fight about the 7000 Anne owed him... Hope more details come up on the fourth trial, because I'm not totally conviced she did it. Anyway, will be looking forward for your "little different" videos. Love ya!

Did you notice that bald, tall defense lawyer? That's David Hoose, the best dang defense lawyer in the 413, maybe all of Massachusetts. He, in fact, was the defense for Kristen Gilbert, the angel of death. Because that crime happened at a VA hospital, it was a federal crime, therefore eligible for the death penalty. Mr. Hoose is an ardently against the death penalty, he was asked to defend her. He did and I believe it was pro bono. His second trial for Cara Rintala was also pro bono. He's scary good.
