You could try it without the type first, and after half a day if you're not getting many views, change the thumbnail to one with the type to give people a clue. Do the same thing with your serious face, or your animated face. See how many views you get, and compare with your average counts. I honestly think the picture of you with a look of fear, repulsion, disgust, or hilarity, will sell it faster than just having a resting bitch face. Nobody wants to see that Mike! We all love ya'
