Your right Mike, in comparing the killer to Danny Rolling (Gainsville Ripper), it's also similar to Ted Bundy's attack at the sorority house, or even Richard Ramirez. I think that a lot of people are really overthinking this. The way the house is built if the killer hadn't been there before and came into the house from the sliding glass door on the 2nd floor they may not have even known there was a first floor, you don't see it from the back of the house, so they just went killed on the 2nd and 3rd floor.

Edit: the name sounds as Gonsalves, and not Gonkalves, as I just heard a Fox News news anchor say.

I mean there's obviously a camera covering that part of the house and you said it shows a guy entering through the back door (a sliding door I think is what you said) but I'm not seeing that bit. Or is it something the police don't want the public to see since I know they keep some things close to the vest so that if someone in the future mentions it and it's something that is not known to the public it's a better chance of finding the shitehead person responsible. They all seem pretty convinced he/they did it, & also not surprised if it was. Obviously it's just speculation, but it's a wild read regardless.

Hey Mike, thanks for the update! I personally haven’t looked into this case before seeing your video, so I appreciate you covering the details from the beginning. It’s scary and unnerving that there aren’t any leads or persons of interest, since everyone on the list was cleared. I’m hoping this is just a tactic by the police not to tip the public and the killer that they know more than they are saying. This is a true humdinger and I hope they get a lead soon and catch the killer soon!

With the amount of activity in that area at that time of night, surely something has been picked up on someone's social media videos or Livestreams etc. It may seem like nothing important in the video, but give a timeline of a car going a certain direction at a certain time, or a sound in the background.... Collecting all of this evidence will take more than a month, including forensic/DNA testing and phone records. Such a sad story and waste of lives that were just beginning.

From my understanding, the first floor, where the surviving roommates dwelled, was an add-on to the original... or do I have that backwards? Either way, the dividing wall, between where they lived on the 1st floor and where the 4 victims lived on the 2nd and 3rd floors, was originally an outside wall of the original house. So it was a thicker wall than an inside wall would normally be.

It's crazy how active the surround scene was, like all the people on the field and so many people out at night. Gonna be a hard case to solve I would guess. It is weird to me that those two flatmates didn't hear a thing. I mean slaughtering 4 people makes some noise I can imagine.
