Actually her father didn't want him to get the death penalty because in the state of Ohio death row inmates have it easy and he would likely be on death row for the next 25 years but with life he's been sent to the worst prison the state of Ohio has to offer he's been beat down a few times and stabbed up so he's in pure he'll that's why he didn't get the death penalty on normal circumstances he definitely would have she's my baby cousin by the way that's how I knew that!

First…while you’re in the US, come to Illinois! I’m 30 min away from Saint Louis,Mo and there’s tons of cool stuff to show you there! Also, this video does a great job of bringing to light the many flaws in the criminal justice system. That guy should have never been let out early, and his sentences should have run consecutively! Before I started watching true crime cases from Mike, Bailey Sarian, MrBallen etc I was anti death-penalty and was all for giving people a second chance. Now, just no. They don’t deserve it. Why should they get to go free after atrocious crimes when they ruined or ended their victim’s life. We are too soft here in the UK with sentencing. Just look at Mick Philpotts.

That many previous crimes should count as mitigating circumstances and make for an automatic death sentence. We have to stop treating these monsters like victims. Whether it deters other people from crime is irrelevant—we need to actually PUNISH the guilty when they commit crimes like this.

Wow. This is probably the first time a criminal actually came clean and said the other person wasn’t real and that he was lying. This dude shouldn’t have ever been released, he was a menace and should’ve been put away, but it’s like the department of corrections wanted him to leave their prison.

Great episode and a tragic case. I don't really care about rough background. A lot of people are sexually abused and grow up poor. Of course it's terrible but bad stuff happens to everybody in one form or another. It's a cruel world and at some point you just have to lock up violent people. The fact that he was out at all is down to judges (lawyers in robes) being just a little too understanding. Rehabilitation is a fantsy that costs lives.

My son was shot ten times in the torso on June 12, 2018. He lived, but the man, who obviously tried to kill him, got 2 years for assault. This is just one example of our stellar justice system in America.
