Seems like Krista is enjoying her infamy and notoriety of being the sole woman on DR in her state. If another woman joins DR it would be interesting to see how she would adapt. Going by her inabiity to handle the potentially unecessary jealousy she had toward the girl whose life she stole, I don't think she'll cope well. If she has to walk to the electric chair, I predict she will be piss-terrified, shrieking, screaming and violently reacting against the jailers at every turn. Because, as far as she's concerned, she doesn't deserve it, it's not fair, it's all about her.

We have recently had a 20 year cold case *almost* closed - a serial killer who murdered 3 young women in the 90s. One of the women has never been found. I would super appreciate if you would consider doing an episode on the Claremont serial killer. There’s loads of new evidence that came out in the last couple of years - and I reckon you could do the case justice by the way you explain it

Well I see Ms. Pike is one of 38 prisoners on death row in Tennessee. I’d have to do more research to find out the nature of the crimes other inmates committed, but the fact that we’ve never heard the names of 37 of these TN inmates should tell you something

I doubt they’ll ever carry out that sentence, but I’m really not surprised they didn’t do it while feeling was running high either- don’t suppose they had much stomach for dragging a screaming young woman to the chair….. I don’t agree with capital punishment anyway personally. She definitely deserved a whole life sentence though.

I live only 30 minutes away from Knoxville, and I remember this case was rather big back in the 1990s, because of the "Satanic panic" was still fresh in the area. I think we can all agree that if it had been Tadaryl who had done this and not Christa, he’d have been sparked up ages ago. But when a murderer is white and has a Lolita/ Lizzie Borden vibe and lots of curly hair (notice she’s never cut her hair short), then the judicial system gets all mushy and stammers until natural death does what they couldn’t
