Hahaha yeah. They are grown people now. I waited for 9 years and we decided to have one more and of course it was twins again. First set was girls then a boy set. I was going into the hospital to have a hysterectomy and they told me that I was pregnant again. So after waiting 9 years for one more we had 3 in 19 months! The twins were born 9 years and 4 days apart. We call that Christmas in August. We’ve been super blessed. They are all good people.

Ah, I see. Did they have to offer testimony at his trial for their deals? Either way, my heart goes out to Ernie - it's terrible. I think the sentencing is kind of wild though. Octavius is a guy that participated and should have prison time for sure but the actual murderer gets less time... a LOT less time. Seems messed up.

Because the other two admitted to everything and took a PLEA** by pleading guilty. The black guy didn’t and there for plead not guilty and gets whatever sentence he is handed for not working with prosecutors. They always will “offer a deal” to plea out and save a trial.

Yes and he pleaded not guilty to the murder but weren't the other 2 guys also charged with that? I mean, they certainly confessed to everything including one of them committing the actual murder - yet they both get 50 years? Mike even says in the video that the masterminds of the plot were John and Samantha, he gets 50 she gets 99 years. Octavius definitely participates but Jose actually kills Ernie: Octavius 98 years and Jose 50 years. It doesn't make sense.

I'm not familiar with this case, other than this video, so I'm sure I'm missing something but why did the black dude get sentenced to 98 years? The other 2 guys admit to everything *including killing poor Ernie* and they get 50 years?! Did I hear that wrong or miss something??
