Multiple pieces of shyte in this one. We all love our kids , but not enough to try and help them hid and dispose of evidence and body parts after they’ve shamelessly killed someone. That’s another level of fucked up. The parents should have received more time.

It's hard to watch the parents sit there emotionless. It's one thing to know your kid is a piece of shuts, but a whole different thing to assist him in sloppily trying to cover up a murder, and then act like it's just another day in the ol Chance household! It's a fkn scary world we live it, mates. Mike, thank you as always. I've tried to watch other "true crime" shows and I'm not blowing smoke when I say that none of them compare to yours. I live in Grand Rapids, the little POS didn’t plead guilty because he knew we have no death penalty so why the hell not go to trial? 🙄 This was horrible for Ashley’s mother. He could’ve and should’ve plead guilty to spare her family of all this pain.

Disturbing family doesn't even cover it. What were they thinking? This reminds me of another case that you shared where the mom actually turned in her own son but on the other side of the sprectrum we have a whole family that bends over backwards to help theirs... even cover up a murder! There wasn't even one of the 3 family members that helped after the fact that said, "Wait a minute... what are we doing??"

Ok so I’m not understanding the reason for dismembering and separating poor Ashley - but leaving her torso at his place. Like- why not remove and hide her entirely? “Hey- so come help me. I’ve killed someone and want to cover it up.” “Ok son. Let’s take part of her back to our place. Leave the rest in your basement. That will throw them off.”..??? Anyone else confused by this? Of course none of them seemed all too fucking bright, either. Geesus. 🤦‍♀️ Waste of oxygen. The lot of them.

The penalty to the parents infuriates me! As a teacher I have seen parents like this all too often. It starts with small things --letting their kid off the hook for minor offenses, and then it escalates to the point where the parents no longer have any control. These jerks only have themselves to blame. I really feel for Ashley and her mother. No one deserves that. Thanks for the video, Mike. Well done as always.

Thanks, Mike. Really twisted, this case! I'm a mother and, although I wouldn't want my son behind bars for life, I couldn't do what these parents did. I would give my son money to flee the country, maybe, but wouldn't have the stomach to dispose of pieces of Ashley's body
