This case is a little different from the usual, quite a strange story in that I found it difficult to come down on one side or the other.

I’m curious to know if the ballistic evidence was provided and could have given insight on the trajectory of the bullet. Depending on the point of entry and trajectory, it could give insight on whether it was accidental or intentional. A person intending to shoot a target may normally have a straight shot right down the middle 🤷🏻♀️
