I, too, am one of the old folks that enjoy watching true crime and the way Mike presents the cases. I'm truly quite curious how Mike missed the mark (taking into considering that what's presented is a condensed ~30 minute overview) and why the presenter's age would be a factor? If this discussion was had in Youtube's comment section, I would appreciate you pointing me towards this thread.

Yeah, To Die For is a great movie (Nicole Kidman and Joaquin Phoenix as "Pam" and "Billy", respectively). Most of it is a straight adaptation but there's also a mockumentary/true-crime satire element

Oooh this is one of my favourite (...? not the right word) cases that happened when I was a kid and really got me into true crime. To Die For is a highly recommended Gus Van Sant movie inspired by the case and is fantastic.

The new glasses look good mike! Also, I was 9 in 1990 and got to really grow up in that era.. and it was, hands down, the greatest time frame. There was so much going on culturally and with music, I still miss the 90s today. I’ve always said, I’d never want to be a kid again.. but I would if I could relive the 90s

I'm not sure it's fair to compare one case against another. She ruined so many people's lives with her sinister actions. She's guilty, no matter how much she protests. I am the same age as Pam and remember vividly paying close attention to the case, without letting the media circus cloud my judgement. (I agree with you about our Mike's specs. They look terrific. 🍀🌲❤️)

Spoiler, a bit. The left hand/right hand thing is silly. I shoot every Sunday, so this is from experience; if you are holding a pistol with both hands, it would be easy to use either your right or left pointer finger (or trigger finger, you might say) to pull said trigger. Bill is clearly not lying on the stand when he describes the shooting. Besides, those three fellas would have a hard time organizing a camping trip, let alone a murder. Not so bright, as I see it.
