I’m from Louisville which is about 20 minutes from New Albany. And seeing the media coverage of this story was unbelievable.. there was no way for him to get a fair trial.. I was convinced he was guilty at first, and then some of the truth started to come out and people started to realize he got Shang-highed by the small keystone cops in Clark County..

And the fact that they touted a crime scene photographer as a blood splatter analyst just goes to show their incompetence. Someone has been watching too much Dexter.

I’m 18 so don’t have a wife and kids but honestly, if I found my parents and siblings dead, I would just give up. I would feel my life was over but to be accused of murdering them? Not to mention the horrible accusation he molested his daughter, I would be fighting like hell. I’m glad he did and hope he gets millions. The prosecutor should lose his law license. Flipping POS killer that Backbone guy is. He should have been executed.

Wow. That poor man who lost his wife and family and then gets arrested a couple days later. What a fucking nightmare he went through. I believe he’s innocent 100%. I hope he wins his lawsuit and gets as much money from them as he can. Her parents believe he did it because of his infidelity. But that Boney guy was a fucking creep. I don’t believe anything from him. He was already a criminal. The police gave him too many chances to explain. Should’ve arrested him as soon as his dna was matched to the sweater. Also the blood spatter was false. I see others comments about that swaying their opinion. It was a comment made by the crime scene photographer. Mike said so! Ha

That was a good one Mike! When I heard the 911 call In the beginning I already believed him, hard to act like that if you ask me. I think the parents of his wife just didn’t like him because of the affairs and understandably wanted to blame someone for their loss. Only thing I ask myself is why the guy who claims had just sold a him a gun would lie, he was already convicted anyway. Maybe there is more to the story we dont know. But overall I totally agree he was framed, hard to believe that the prosecutors even went after him a THIRD time! I hope he gets all the money in his civil lawsuit.

I’ve heard about this case previously and never once heard any presentation that makes the poor guy look anything but framed. It’s inconceivable that so many went after him so hard. In one presentation they interviewed his basketball buddies. He was with his church team. The fuck!
