Not only did my shoulder break free from tension during the clasp, my hip extension received just enough pressure to melt the pain residing deep in the corresponding butt cheek.
Whether you use Eka Pada Kapotasana, a medicine ball or foam roller I recommend encouraging flexibility and unwinding tension in your shoulders and ass.
