To be completely honest, I’m not very good at making gratitude lists. They can get a bit repetitive and, generic? At least for me! (Example; I’m thankful for my family, being alive, etc.) Does anyone else feel this way? Buuuuut I do feel that if I sit down after the day is over, ( instead of starting early in the morning like usually everyone on google suggests, lol.) to write down just one good thing about that day, it can literally be anything; doing that really sets the good mood for the next. (Example; I sent that anxiety inducing email, fuck yeah acomplished!). I feel it’s all about celebrating your daily little victories, what really gives you a boost of happy!
The same goes for To-Do lists; I’m doing them the night before, whereas before I did them as soon as I woke up, and set the goal to accomplish one task (no matter what!) on the list. This has definitely helped with productivity, since I tend to do more than one item on the list and on those hella lazy days it doesn’t feel like a complete waste since you atleast acomplished one task for the day!
Anyways, I really hope this is helpful in any way! As always, they’re 8x11.5 and they can even be printed 2 in one page! Which tbh is my favorite way to print them.
// Alsooooooo... I really wanted to post all the process videos of the inktober pieces I’ve done so far but AS ALWAYS LMAO I really dislike the new halftone features on procreate... haaaaard. Listen, I’ve been truly trying for almost half a year now to give it a chance, seriously!! I just always end up gravitating towards other programs... sooooo I’m doing all of them in MediBang! Which means no screen recording, but who cares since their halftone feature is seriously the best. I’ll figure out how to compensate, and make more content for here soon!
