So I attempted to upload this video through Patreon's internal hosting system, but the quality of the video looked awful. I spend a lot of time trying to make my vids look the best they can, and it's disappointing to see it reduced to a pixilated mush. SO! I've uploaded through Vimeo, but it seems something has changed and I can't get a thumbnail to preview.
I should be able to iron out these issues for next time, but I really just wanted to get this kit video out for all of you :)

Thanks so much for the breakdown, Ed! I’ve just begun getting my own little bit of gear together for bike trips, and this was really helpful to see. I still don’t know how you managed the trip with all that weight on your back! I’m sure it was nice to get into the boat and get the weight off whenever you could.
