BEHIND THE SCENES #5 - Omake #38: "wrist support"
🕑 Added 2022-04-04 15:59:29 +0000 UTCayo lads!!! its behind the scenes time yet again!!!!
so, this omake... i really liked it!!! i feel like the jokes landed pretty well, and ontop of that theres lots of cute stuff in it too, all in a little bite sized package... the platonic ideal of an omake!!
something happened while writing it that i think is interesting enough to warrant sharing though, which is that i got caught up on the wording of a single line again, namely the last line in the whole thing, where eve reassures penny that she loves her titties JUST how they are--totally wholesomely of course!!! definitely nothing horny about it!!
this line was actually added shortly after posting, cuz i saw a comment early on where someone took the punchline at the end to mean that eve was like, dissapointed i think?? by penny not having any titties... idk for sure honestly, but they said it made them sad and that wasnt my intention!! so, i added that to clear it up for anyone who misunderstood it... making someone feel bad is the last thing i wanna do with this story!! theres enough of that in the world already!!
but, in trying to add that line, i kept getting caught up on how best to word it for some reason, even though it really didn't matter much, or change much of anything about the message... the reason for me doing that though is i THINK because i have ocd (fun slothcraftin mental illness facts, epic)--i got diagnosed with it fairly young, so i have it pretty well wrangled by now, but sometimes it pops up again in situations like this, making me second guess myself on things that are more or less meaningless. it happens with art too sometimes, where i keep adjusting extremely minor pieces of a drawing until it Feels just right
honestly, its mega annoying--it always feels like i cant think of anything else until i get it just right, which sucks when i have more work to do, cause then i can't focus on it... but, i've never not dealt with it before, so im not gonna let it stop me now!! B) it's weird how a little chemical inbalance in your brain can make you so sure that something unimportant matters on a life or death level, though... weird shit!!
there wasnt much technically to talk about here tbh, it was pretty much the same as normal--but, have my favorite sketch from the batch as a little bonus!! B)
see u guys next update!!! <3
