Oh man Alphys' insecurity is on point. I could hardly stand it in the game; wanted to slap 'er, haha. But I'm glad it's also tempered with her own stubborn determination to help Asriel! She's a pretty interesting character.

Ahhh, clues about still more guilt for Alphys, and not all being peachy-keen for Asriel. Mysteries! Though I'm eager for them to be solved, I also love the suspense. :) Also, I ADORE how Alphys's spots turn red when she blushes! So unique! <3

I really like the way you depict alphys; functional to an extent, but constantly in a battle against herself any time praise or fault comes up. Concerned Undyne is still flippant and exuberant, but ultimately very active regardless. I'm both worried and excited to see the first event which causes Asriel to transition between forms.

Poor Alphys. I hope Asriel can let her know he forgives her for what happened. She didn’t know his spirit (immortal essence of a life form aka THE life form which is different from being soulless as that’s just a magical energy that allows love and compassion) was possessing that flower.
