First things first, in case you don't know what has been going on,
혹시라도 모르시는 분들을 위해 먼저 설명드리자면,
Team TAL and 'Skyrim Modding Team', who recently has been making my team's armor series SSE compatible, had a conflict.
저희 팀의 모드를 SE로 포팅해주는 스카이림 모딩팀과 최근에 다소 충돌이 있었습니다.
Before we get into the matter, I have to elaborate how our work is done.
본론에 들어가기전에, 저희 팀의 작업 방식을 말씀 드리고자합니다.
Team TAL is always open to criticism to improve the overall quality, which leads to constant editing, poslishing work.
저희는 항상 모드 퀄리티 향상을 위한 비판에 언제나 오픈돼있으며, 기존 모드들도 지속적으로 업데이트 해드리고 있습니다.
So my team was desperately running out of time whenever we decided to take the job, and couldn't spare extra time for making SSE conversion.
때문에 SSE 컨버젼에 시간을 투자하기 힘든 상황이며, 현재 불가피하게 LE 모드 제작에만 집중하고있습니다.
That's why we are open to other teams who are willing to make conversions for SSE.
SSE 컨버전 및 배포 허가는 이러한 사유로 드린 것입니다.
I officially tell you we have never prevented other teams from making them.
공식적으로 SSE 포팅을 금지한적은 단연코 없었습니다.
And this is where 'Skyrim Modding Team' came in.
스카이림 모딩팀은 저희에게 SE 포팅을 요청해온 사람들중 하나입니다.
They wanted to distribute conversions what they made and we approved it as a favor.
그들은 이미 포팅이 끝났으니 배포허가를 달라고 했고, 저희도 사의를 가지고 허가를 드렸습니다.
Because we are fully aware more and more people are moving in to SSE and it became a new trend.
SSE로 사람이 점차 몰리고 있고 SE로 건너가는 것은 시대의 흐름이라는 것을 저희도 잘 알고 있었기 때문입니다.
Why do we ever hinder other teams? There was no reason to do so.
이 과정에서 저희가 다른팀의 활동을 방해할 이유는 전혀 없습니다.
We expected us to make agreement when they make SSE conversions not to confuse users.
모더라면 암묵적으로 SSE 포팅시에 유저들에게 혼란을 가져다 주어서는 안됩니다.
However, they never cared about my team's work progress nor our situation.
하지만 스카이림 모딩팀은 저희 팀의 작업 과정을 무시했고 저희의 작업 상황또한 무시했습니다.
As I said, my team never put aside what has to be improved and that's supposed to be our policy.
앞서 말했듯, 저희 팀은 피드백 및 자체적인 검사를 통해 항상 최고의 모드를 제공해드리기 위해 노력하고 있습니다.
In this progress, the version is upgraded.
이 과정에서 모드의 버전 넘버가 올라가는 것은 당연한 이치입니다.
But SMT(Skyrim Modding Team) made their own version nuberings and never told us so that almost all users got confused.
하지만 스카이림 모딩팀은 자체적인 버전 넘버를 적용했고 이런 방침이 SE 유저들에게 혼란을 가져다주었습니다.
What is worse is they distributed their conversions without any pre-test to prevent basic issue, such as invisible parts, missing textures.
더 최악인 것은 저희가 작업한 모드에서는 발생할리 없는 기초적인 문제들 (투명 파츠, 텍스쳐 오류 등)을 아무런 검수없이 배포했고,
As a result, their version number got way higher than our original mod pack, but the issues are still there, since they just 'ignore' user feedback.
결과적으로 유저 피드백을 무시하는 그들의 태도때문에 버전넘버는 원본 모드보다 높지만 버그는 여전한 상태라는 것입니다.
So I once told them to wait for us rather than make a mod package by their own, but they ignored it.
이런 문제들로 인해 스카이림 모딩팀에 자체적으로 모드팩을 만들지 말것을 요청드렸지만 그들은 무시했습니다.
Unbelievably, now they even accused my team that we are responsible.
오히려 지금 그들은 작업 중단의 책임을 저희 쪽으로 돌리고 있습니다.
This absurdity cannot be accepted.
저희는 이런 부조리에 순응하지 않을 것입니다.
So here is the sum up.
이하는 저희의 입장을 요약한 것입니다.
1. Team TAL never told SMT not to make SSE converted.
팀 TAL은 결코 스림모딩팀에게 SSE 컨버전 중단을 요청한 적이 없습니다.
2. We granted permission to SMT as a favor but they are holding us responsible and it's unbearably unpleasant.
온전히 호의로 그들에게 배포허가를 줬지만 오히려 모든 책임을 저희에게로 떠넘기고 있으며 이는 굉장히 불쾌한 처사입니다.
3. We clearly cannot accept SMT's demand to mark our modding process just as [WIP] as this is a part of how we reward our supporters including Feedbacks & Improvements.
후원자 분들에게 최상의 모드를 전해드리기 위해 피드백을 수리하는 과정을 단순히 [작업중] 표시로 대체하라는 스림모딩팀의 요구는 받아들일 수 없습니다.
4. As I said before, Team TAL never limited SMT's work. We just told them not to confuse users with version number, and they agreed with this, but i see nothing changed.
앞서 말씀드린대로 팀 TAL은 스림모딩팀의 작업을 제한하지 않았습니다. 버전 넘버로 유저들에게 혼란을 가져다주지 말 것을 요청했으며 그들도 동의했지만 결국 아무것도 바뀌지 않았습니다.
5. Sadly, Team TAL made a conclusion that it will be much harder to keep our relationships like this if SMT continues to neglect bug reports along with glitch fixes intentionally. If they keep doing so, Team TAL has no choice but to ask SMT to delete all the mods which are related to our works.
유감스럽지만 저희 팀 TAL은 스림 모딩팀이 버그 수정에 소극적인 태도를 유지하는 이상 현재의 관계를 유지하기 힘들다고 결론내렸고, 더 이상 협의가 진행되지 않을경우 모든 팀 TAL관련 모드 삭제를 요청하기로 결정했습니다.
